Terms and Conditions

Below are our Terms and Conditions that must be adhered to for every hire. You’ll receive a formal copy of these to sign before your hire can take place.

Please ask if you have any questions about them before booking.

    • Please contact us via our contact form, via social media channels or on WhatsApp. Your final booking will be made via email and is confirmed once we have acknowledged it in writing and a deposit has been received.

    • A non-refundable booking deposit of £30 is required to secure your date. This deposit will be deducted from the total hire fee.

    • The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before the event date.

    • All of our equipment is brand new so to protect us and you, a refundable damage deposit of £50 is payable on the day of hire, either in cash or by bank transfer prior to setup. This is separate from the booking deposit.

    • So long as there is no damage, staining or missing items after your hire, this damage deposit will be refunded in full within 7 days of the event.

    • If there is damage, staining or missing items, we’ll use the damage deposit to cover the cost of replacement. If this isn’t enough to cover the damage, the Hirer will be liable for the additional amount and we’ll send an itemised invoice.

    • We take photographs of all equipment when we deliver and collect it.

    • If you need to cancel your booking, the following charges apply:

      • More than 14 days before the event: the £30 booking deposit is forfeited, but no further charge applies. We will endeavour to transfer your deposit to an alternative date, subject to availability.

      • Between 7 and 14 days before the event: 50% of the total hire fee is payable.

      • Less than 7 days before the event, or no-show on the day: 100% of the total hire fee is payable.

    • Cancellations must be made in writing by email. The date the written cancellation is received will determine the applicable cancellation charge.

    • Cancellation by us: If we need to cancel a booking for any reason within our control, we will offer a full refund of all monies paid (including the booking deposit) or the option to rebook on an alternative date.

    • Adverse weather: For outdoor events, if weather conditions on the day make it unsafe to set up (e.g. high winds, heavy rain, lightning), we may have to cancel for safety reasons. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or transfer to an alternative date.

    • Changes to bookings: Amendments to your booking (date, time, venue, or package) must be requested in writing and are subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee them.

    • Our hire packages include delivery, setup, and collection within our standard delivery area (approximately 10–15 miles of Walton-on-Thames, KT12). There may be an additional delivery charge if your venue is outside this area. This will be clear to you and agreed before you book.

    • We will arrive approximately 60 minutes before your event to set up the equipment, and will return to collect approximately 30–45 minutes after the agreed end time.

    • Please ensure there is suitable access to the venue for unloading and loading of equipment. We’ll need adequate parking nearby. Please make sure to clear all pathways, especially if we’re walking through your property.

    • Our soft play equipment and ride-on vehicles are designed primarily for indoor use in halls, community centres, and similar venues. Indoor hire is available year-round.

    • We do offer outdoor (garden) hire during warmer months and it’s dependent on weather conditions on the day.

    • Outdoor hires require a secure, private garden with flat, dry ground and no public access. We cannot set up on wet grass, gravel, mud, or uneven surfaces.

    • We understand that UK weather is unpredictable - please note that if you’re hiring for an outdoor event and weather conditions deteriorate on the day, we may need to cancel for safety reasons.

    • Please ensure that the venue allows the type of equipment being hired and make sure we know if your venue requires specific insurance certificates.

    • Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while using any of our equipment. We do not provide supervision or staffing as part of the hire, and we accept no responsibility for supervising children during the event. You are solely responsible for ensuring adequate adult supervision throughout the hire period.

    • Our soft play equipment is suitable for children aged 0–5 years unless otherwise stated. Our ride-on vehicles are suitable for children aged approximately 12 months to 5 years. Please ensure that no one outside the stated age range uses the equipment.

    • You and your supervising adults are responsible for ensuring that the equipment is not overcrowded and is used safely and appropriately at all times.

    • Please follow these safety rules at all times:

      • No shoes (on softplay, foam mats or ball pits) Adults too!

      • I recommend wearing socks

      • No sharp objects

      • No food, drink, or chewing gum on or near the equipment.

      • No face paint, bubbles, silly string, party poppers, glitter or confetti on or near the equipment.

      • Kids only please!

    • If anything appears damaged or unsafe during the event, stop using it immediately and contact us. Please do not attempt to repair any equipment.

    • All equipment is checked, cleaned, and sanitised before every hire and photographed on delivery.

    • Please bring any issues to our attention at the point of delivery.

    • If equipment is returned in a dirty or stained condition that needs additional cleaning beyond our standard between-hire clean, a cleaning charge may be deducted from the damage deposit.

    • If equipment is returned damaged, broken, or with missing items (for example ball pit balls, ride-on vehicle parts, foam shapes, or accessories), you will be charged for repair or replacement at the current cost.

    • We take photographs of our equipment setups at events for use on our website, social media, and marketing materials. We will always ask for your permission before photographing at an event.

    • We will not photograph children or guests without the express written consent of a parent or guardian. Any photographs used for marketing will show equipment only, or will have faces obscured, unless specific written consent has been provided.

    • If you share photographs of our equipment on social media, we’d love it if you tagged us!
